    where is my money?

    I’ve been a loyal client since 2011. Never had issues until recently. I am very disappointed with my recent transaction last March 6, 2023. I sent money to my sister’s bank account. Upon payment, it said my card was declined(I used my debit card) so my transaction didn’t go through. However, when I checked my bank, the amount has been deducted. I cannot call their customer service since the voice prompt was asking for a transaction number which I don’t have since the said transaction was unsuccessful. There is no other way to speak to an agent. So disappointing!

    Update:
    Thank you! As of today (March 12) after sending proofs about the unsuccessful transaction and my bank records showing the amount deducted. The issue is finally resolved and the money was credited back to my account. Thank you Trust pilot for giving me the email address to contact World remit.
