If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

For Memberships:

  • The order has been purchased in the last 14 days.
  • No investigate and check request has been sent in those 14 days.

For investigate & check requests:

  • Your Request has not yet been “completed” by us.
  • For economic request, the order has been registered in the last 4 days.
  • For business request, the order has been registered in the last 2 days.
  • For premium request, the order has been registered in the last 1 days.
  • For vip request, the order has been registered in the last 6 hours.
  • If the request is for a website that is already listed in the list of scam websites.
  • If the request is for a website that is not one of the types of websites that we accept to investigate and check. (Go to this link to view the websites that we accept to check.)
  • If the request is for a website that is not available for any reason at the time of investigate and check.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to cancel any order that does not meet the above cancellation conditions.

Although it actually never happened, accounts cancelled/terminated by Scamwave.Site, for violating our terms of service, do not qualify for a refund. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund. We believe strongly in upholding good and morale etiquette in ALL of our online proceedings and encourage our clients to do the same.
